PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- Joe McCauley, Shawnee State's women's soccer head coach, has received a three-year contract extension.

McCauley's extension will keep him in Portsmouth through the 2028 campaign.

In two seasons, McCauley has led the women's soccer program to a 7-22-5 overall record and a 6-10-3 mark in the River States Conference.

Shawnee State will begin competition in the NCAA Division II's Mountain East Conference this fall.
