HUNTINGTON, W. Va. -- The Shawnee State men's and women's track and field teams competed Saturday at the Marshall Alumni Invitational, with the men recording four top-three finishes and the women placing four athletes in the top 10.
MEN'S
Cody Hesler finished second in the 600 meters with a 1:24.20, just behind Lindsey Wilson's Dylan Otibo, who clocked in at 1:24.05.
Eli Lengl and
Isaiah Lanoy both finished second and third in the 800 meters, with times of 2:00.63 and 2:02.18, respectively.
Lanoy also placed third in the men's mile with a 4:21.88.

Faith Kuhn finished eighth in the women's shot put with a mark of 10.28 meters. Kuhn also claimed ninth-place in the weight throw at 13.26.
Kirsten Evans came in 10th in the 1,000 meters with a 3:24.90.
