Conner Flynn, he believes that his runners are prepared due to the work that all 28 runners -- between both teams combined -- have put in over the past two weeks.
"Training has been going really well," Flynn said. "We have several athletes that are turning a corner and hitting their stride at the perfect time. I expect this to show over the weekend."
Flynn expects both teams to compete on tracks with fast paces over the weekend, factoring in both Shawnee State's training as well as weather conditions that continue to be warmer than average as the calendar turns to October.
