BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Shawnee State senior swimmer
Abigail Bosler, who went four-for-four in terms of victories over the course of the weekend in a home meet against Midway (Ky.) and Pikeville (Ky.), was named as the Mid-South Conference's Women's Swimmer of the Week, as announced by Mid-South Conference officials Monday afternoon in an official release.
Bosler -- the only swimmer of the 22 who competed in the meet to claim four victories and one of only two, alongside SSU freshman
Kaylee France, to notch three victories -- swam a 26.26 converted 50 yard freestyle time while also posting a 1:19.13 in the 100 meter breaststroke to win both events Saturday afternoon.
In relay competition, Bosler helped Shawnee State claim convincing victories in both the 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay.
The weekly honor is the first of Bosler's career.
