KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The national qualifiers for the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships were announced Wednesday, with four Shawnee State athletes earning selections.
Chayse Lipscomb is one of Shawnee State's two dual qualifiers, earning spots in the 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles.
The freshman owns both Shawnee State men's outdoor records (14.19 and 53.88), and was
named River States Conference Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year.
Isaiah Lanoy is also a dual qualifier, earning spots in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and the 5,000 meters.
Lanoy
broke the Shawnee State Men's Outdoor 3,000-meter steeplechase record at the Raleigh Relays (9:17.16), hitting the NAIA A standard in the process. He is nationally ranked third in the event.
Luke Rader,
the River States Conference Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year, hit the
NAIA B standard in long jump at the Otterbein Invitational with a mark of 7.38m, qualifying himself for NAIA national competition.
Rader is a two-time NAIA All-American in long jump.
Natalie Brammer will represent Shawnee State in the women's 5,000-meter racewalk.
Brammer placed 18th in the 3,000-meter racewalk at the 2025-26 NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
