PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- The Shawnee State men's and women's swimming teams collected 22 first-place finishes in a dual meet against Pikeville on Friday.

The evening began with Shawnee State honoring its eight seniors prior to the meet. The honorees were Evan Ater, Abigail Bosler, Emma Conley, Thomas Kessler, De-Nicha Lewis, Reagan Lewis, Josiah Ramdeen and Alex Ray.

MEN

The SSU men's swimming team collectively beat Pikeville 161-34.

They claimed 10 first-place finishes while also winning the meet's lone relay event.
