DANIELS, W. Va. -- The women's golf program at Shawnee State posted an eighth-place showing over the first 18 holes of competition Monday evening in the annual River States Conference Fall Preview, which is being held at The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, W. Va.

Brynna Spencer shared the point from a team standpoint, as the duo tied for 32nd on the player leaderboard. Freshmen
Olivia Lewis and
Saylor Crace, who are from West Union and Waverly, respectively, currently sit 35th and tied for 36th in their first-ever RSC Fall Preview while senior golfer and multi-sport athlete
Cali Baird is tied for 43rd after the opening round of action.
The women's golf program at Shawnee State will be back in action Tuesday for the second and final round of competition at the River States Conference's Fall Preview, which will be held at The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, W. Va. just as the first round was.
