MIDWAY, Ky. -- The men's soccer program at Shawnee State got a 20th minute goal from
Sei Aitoku, but ultimately dropped a 4-1 decision to the Midway Eagles' men's soccer program Thursday evening at Midway Turf Field in Midway, Ky.
Aitoku's goal, which tied the score at one apiece, was his third of the 2025 season. Aitoku, who leads Shawnee State with five assists, is also second on the roster with 11 points and is also tied for second on the unit with three goals.
Shawnee State (7-5-4, 3-4-2 River States Conference) has completed the regular season and has clinched a spot in the 2025 River States Conference Postseason Tournament and will play in a River States Conference Quarterfinal on the road as either a No. 5 or a No. 6 seed on Nov. 5.
A time and opponent will be released to the general public upon the conclusion of all of the remaining River States Conference regular season matches on Saturday evening.
