Friday afternoon, the Bears travel to Campbellsville University to take on the Tigers in the final regular-season series. Shawnee State would fall 7-1 in game one.
The Bears would fall behind early after the Tigers would get hot in the second inning putting up four runs on the board. The Bears would have an answer in the top of the third, as Roberto Bavis would hit a solo blast putting the Bears on the board. The Bears would fall cold after that not scoring a run the remainder of the game. The Bears would get a solid start from pitcher Kyle Wisniewski as he would go seven innings.
The Bears will be back in action tomorrow as they finish the series with the Tigers. The first pitch is at 2 PM.
