The Bears would take on the Saints again to finish up the two days series on Monday. The second game was called off due to weather, but SSU was able to dominate the first game of the day to secure the series.

Game 1

Cassie Schaefer would throw yet another complete game for the Bears, limiting the Saints to just one run off of five hits and adding four strikeouts. Shawnee State would score early and continue to apply pressure on Thomas More's defense. Maddie McElley would lead the offense with two RBIs, and SSU's defense would stifle any hopes that TMU had of making a comeback. The Bears would win the game to take the series, 5-1.

Game two was suspended due to weather.

The Bears will be back in action on April 13 in Morehead, Kentucky to take on Morehead State for a DH with the first pitch slated for 1:00 PM.
