This heartbreaking loss kept spectators on the edge of their seats until the end. Game one was a tough 0 – 2 loss to open, where Mark Schueler (gamertag: Atlas), Desmond Craft (gamertag: EchoForce) and Benjamin Moushey (gamertag: Waywardness) only claimed one stock each. Christopher Mowery (gamertag: SpaceMiner) claimed a total of seven stocks to try and earn the comeback win as Toon Link but fell short. Mowery came in third to claim another seven stocks, totaling an astonishing 20 total for the night. The final stand was for Moushey's Zelda, which whittled down two more stocks and created a final-stock final-hit situation. Unfortunately, the senior didn't earn the final hit and the Bears fell.
