PORTSMOUTH – Bluefield College has announced that it is forfeiting its game with Shawnee State softball this afternoon due to a lack of healthy players. The two forfeit victories move the Bears to 22-14 overall, including a 16-8 record in the Mid-South Conference.

Softball will close out the regular season this Saturday at home against Cumberland University in a noon start time. The doubleheader will also serve as Senior Day for the team.
