PORTSMOUTH – Today's baseball game at Indiana-Southeast has been canceled due to the rain. The road game was the final non-conference game of the regular season slate.

The Bears will now wrap up the regular season this weekend with a three-game set with St. Catharine that is currently scheduled for a single game Friday at 4 p.m. followed by a Saturday doubleheader starting at noon. Friday will be the team's annual Armed Forces Day at Branch Rickey Ballpark. Saturday will be Senior Day for the four graduating members of the team.

The Bears currently have identical winning percentages with both Pikeville and UVA-Wise for the final spot in the Mid-South Conference tournament. That final playoff spot will be determined this weekend. In addition to Shawnee State hosting St. Catharine, Pikeville will travel to Georgetown while UVA-Wise will host Rio Grande.
