PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- Shawnee State athletics has announced its sports medicine staff for the 2026-27 academic year.

The Bears' staff will feature head athletic trainer Wes Bailey alongside Chase Hankins and newcomer Randy Radcliff.

Gerald Cadogan, Shawnee State's director of athletics, emphasized the importance of a strong medical staff.

"Every successful athletic department across the country has a strong sports medicine infrastructure that supports student-athletes, helps them stay healthy, and enables them to stay in the game," said Cadogan. "We are grateful to have Wes Bailey, Chase Hankins, and Randall Radcliffe as part of the Shawnee State family."
