PIKEVILLE, Ky. – Tennis moved to 3-1 on the season in both their overall and Mid-South Conference record with a 9-0 sweep against an injury-depleted Pikeville team. The hosts only had one player that was able to compete on the day, guaranteeing the Bears eight points before the first serve. Kyra Keeton would then make it a clean sweep on the day with a hard-fought 8-6 win in the only contested singles match.

The Bears will now have just over a week away from competition before they travel to UVA-Wise next Saturday for a match at 2 p.m.
