Waller Gymnasium was constructed in 1983. The facility was renovated in 1990, adding the mezzanine level that houses 520 upper-level bleacher seats.

The playing surface was updated with new logos and branding in 2008, then again in 2021.

In 2025, the lower-level bleacher seating was replaced with 405 padded plastic metro chairs.
